What we collect

Account data you give us (name, date of birth, address, email), verification documents, payment details needed to process deposits and withdrawals, plus technical data such as IP address, device, browser and the pages you visit.

Why we use it

To run your account and process play, to verify identity and age as the regulator requires, to prevent fraud and money laundering, to answer support requests and — where you have agreed — to send offers.

Who we share with

Only with payment processors, verification and anti-fraud providers, the game studios that run the games and, where the law requires it, the AGCO and iGaming Ontario. We do not sell personal information.

How long we keep it

Account and transaction records are kept for the period Canadian anti-money-laundering and provincial gaming rules require, then deleted or anonymised. Support correspondence is kept while it is useful for your case.

Your rights

You can ask for a copy of your personal information, have it corrected, request deletion where no legal duty requires us to keep it, or withdraw marketing consent. Write to [email protected] and we will answer within 30 days.
