These terms summarise the rules for using Toppz in Canada under AGCO / iGaming Ontario, registration OPIG3111186. By registering an account you accept them.

Eligibility

You must be at least 19 years old (the age of majority in most Canadian provinces) and legally allowed to gamble where you live. Photo ID and proof of address (KYC) are required before your first withdrawal is released, so register with accurate details.

Your account

One account per player, household and payment method, held in CAD. Keep your login details private — anything done on your account is treated as done by you. Password recovery runs through the "Forgot Password" link on the login screen.
